 User-Generated Wiki Pages

MailJive Pages are wiki-like pages with hierarchical categories, that your employees can manually create. Once created, these pages can reference the documents found when searching, giving your team the ability to summarize data and reference actual conversations!

MailJive Pages are part of the searchable knowledge base that grows as employees communicate, or as they tag and comment throughout the system.

When the MailJive machine learning models have been trained for your organization, they will be able to automatically generate documentation in the form of MailJive Pages.

 Real-Time Email Capture

Instead of relying strictly on user input pages, MailJive can retrieve real-time and historical email conversations from Gmail & G-Suite, Office 365 & Outlook.com, and traditional email hosts using IMAP or POP3.

MailJive uses industry-standard OAuth to connect to employee and contractor Gmail, Office 365, and Outlook.com accounts, and even supports retrieving from sub-folders, instead of the root Inbox.

When an employee or contractor no longer working with your company, that email data can be "archived", and remain available for searching within MailJive.
